Restore purchase

If the full version is missing after a reinstall or on a new device: open the purchase screen in the app and choose “Restore Purchases”. You must be signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
